Traditional payroll giving allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly to charity, tax free.
A monthly, weekly or fortnightly donation to The Brain Charity will be taken from your salary each payday, before tax is deducted.
Because the money comes out of your gross pay, you pay less for your donation.
Regular donations also help us plan ahead, meaning our vital front line services can better support more people with neurological conditions.

Payroll giving is the most tax-efficient way to donate to The Brain Charity.

Pennies from Heaven: donate payroll pennies to The Brain Charity
The Brain Charity is also working with Pennies from Heaven so our corporate supporters can donate the pennies from their pay.
Pennies from Heaven is the penny giving scheme that allows everyone in the workplace to turn their small change into a big change for The Brain Charity.
Individuals sign up once and from then on every salary is rounded down to the nearest pound, with the pennies donated to The Brain Charity. This means if an employee’s monthly net pay was £850.34, then 34p would be donated. The most you can ever give is 99p every time you are paid.
It is different to traditional payroll giving schemes as only pennies are donated and everyone in the workplace gives to the same charity.
